Zonixmall Official Return Policy
Return Window
For all purchases made on Zonixmall, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original, resalable condition, with all original tags attached and original packaging fully intact. Non-returnable items for Zonixmall orders:
- Final sale items (explicitly marked as final sale at checkout)
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene and safety compliance)
- Digital downloads and gift cards (non-tangible, non-reversible products)
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper care, or unauthorized alterations
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return for your Zonixmall order:
- Email our dedicated customer support team with your order number and the specific item(s) you wish to return.
- Our team will issue a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within one (1) business day of receiving your return request.
- Securely pack the item(s) for return, and clearly write the issued RMA number on the outside of the shipping package.
- Ship the packaged return to the official return address provided in your RMA confirmation email.
Please note: All returns submitted without a valid, Zonixmall-issued RMA number will be refused, or may experience significant processing delays.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds for Zonixmall orders are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of our team receiving and completing inspection of the returned item. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to fully post to your bank or card statement. Original standard shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless your return is due to an error made by the Zonixmall team.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Zonixmall order arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect items, please contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery date and include clear, dated photos of the issue with your message. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you, and will cover all associated return shipping fees for these eligible cases.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for standard return shipping costs for all Zonixmall returns, unless the return is due to a defective item or error made by the Zonixmall team. For your convenience, we offer a prepaid return shipping label that can be added to your return for a $7.95 deduction from your final refund amount.
